So...my sister-in-law, Courtney found this fabulous cooking blog. Everything any of us have made from it, has been SO good. It's nothing crazy difficult either. The Alfredo sauce is super easy and amazing, but really, EVERY recipe so far has been delectable! This one is no exception. This is her Coconut Bread and it's a lot more like coconut cake. Seriously. Delicious. I'm so happy.
I had to pass it along to anyone who is in need of a great coconut bread recipe...ha ha. I'm kidding. I'd never even heard of coconut bread until now.
